The hotel offers a good-sized room layout up to a king suite, but there was some road noise due to the location of the building and room. The rooms seemed to have been touch-up painted with multiple wrong paint colors. On the positive side, the service was excellent, even going to the extent of buying a can opener from WalMart. The staff was friendly, though there were some issues with towel availability after a day out. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants, with easy access to I-40, despite some minor obstacles like broken boards. The dining experience, including the complimentary breakfast, was better than average, featuring eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and fruits. Facilities were remodeled but basic.
The hotel was tucked behind a couple of other hotels, making it a bit hard to find, but once there, the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants with easy access to I-40. The rooms were clean but not very clean and adequately stocked with essentials. The service was exceptional, with responsive staff willing to go the extra mile in ensuring a comfortable stay. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near a vibrant area with high school activities, but the room decor left something to be desired. The service was hit or miss, with some great aspects and some frustrating experiences.
